California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (TSCA) Disclosure

3. Supplier Certification

We require our suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into our products comply with applicable laws regarding labor practices, including those prohibiting human trafficking and forced labor.

4. Internal Accountability

Casual Elegance Watches maintains internal policies to ensure ethical business practices. Employees and suppliers are expected to adhere to these standards, and violations may result in disciplinary action or termination of business relationships.

5. Employee Training

To promote awareness, relevant employees receive training on identifying and addressing human trafficking and forced labor risks within the supply chain. This training emphasizes responsible sourcing practices and compliance with applicable laws.
